Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of goldenreels.games. By accessing or using goldenreels.games, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Effective as of 1 January 2025.

  • Wager: The act of betting funds, including bonus funds where permitted, on games or events.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): The identification and verification process for Users as required by law and regulatory authorities.

Account Registration

  1. Eligibility:

    • Registration attempts by underage persons will result in immediate account closure and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

  3. User Obligations:

    • Each User may only register one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be closed and affected funds subject to forfeiture.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

  1. Bet Placement:

  2. Bet Modification & Cancellation:

  3. Conduct within Games & Chat:
    • Players must engage respectfully in all interactions, including live casino and chat features. Insults, threats, harassment, or the dissemination of prohibited content are strictly forbidden.
    • Collusion, cheating, use of automated systems/bots, or fraudulent activity is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.
    • goldenreels.games monitors activity for integrity and reserves the right to take necessary measures to maintain a fair gaming environment, including the notification of authorities where required by law.

Bonus Terms

  1. Bonus Activation:
    • Bonuses, including welcome packages, free spins, or other promotional offers, are credited according to each promotion's explicit criteria, as outlined on goldenreels.games.
    • Bonus eligibility may be restricted to certain countries, account status, or payment methods, as specified in the relevant promotion.
  2. Wagering Requirements & Timeframes:

    • Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the allotted period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any resulting winnings.
  3. Prohibited Actions & Game Restrictions:
    • Use of betting strategies or activities designed to abuse bonus terms (including minimal risk betting, collusion, or "bonus hunting") are not permitted and will lead to account review or suspension.

  4. Combination of Promotions:
    • Bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards may not be combined unless expressly stated within the terms of the respective promotions.
  5. Cancellation & Disputes:
    • The Operator reserves the right to withdraw or amend bonus offers at any time in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes regarding bonuses will be investigated in accordance with this document's Dispute Resolution provisions.

Payments & Withdrawals

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Fees may be charged on certain payment methods, with all applicable charges disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.
  3. Processing Times:
    • Deposits are typically credited instantly; withdrawals may require up to 72 hours for processing, subject to successful completion of KYC and AML procedures.
    • Additional processing time may apply if further identity, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence checks are required under regulatory obligations.
  4. Refunds & Bonus Adjustments:

Limitation of Liability

  2. Exclusions of Liability:
    • The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to system or network failures, internet interruptions, delays, or malware attacks beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
    • No liability is accepted for any losses from improper use of the Platform, third-party service disruptions, or errors in third-party payment systems.
  3. Maximum Compensation:
    • In all circumstances, the Operator's liability towards a Player is strictly limited to the amount of the individual bet, deposit, or promotion in dispute. No indemnity for indirect or consequential damages will be provided.
  4. Consumer Law:
    • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws in Australia.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Copyright: All content, graphics, software, game mechanics, and material on goldenreels.games are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights reserved to the Operator and, where applicable, its licensors.
  • Prohibition of Use: Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of goldenreels.games' content or software without prior written consent from the Operator.
  • Trademarks: All company, product, and service names on goldenreels.games may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used under licence where required.

Privacy & Data Protection

By accessing goldenreels.games, Users consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy. All data processing is conducted with strict adherence to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable international data protection standards.

Regional Compliance Note: Data may be transferred or processed outside of Australia for operational or licensing purposes in compliance with relevant legal safeguards.

Changes to Terms

  1. Notice of Updates: goldenreels.games may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of substantive changes via email (where provided) and through prominent notification banners on the platform.
  2. User Options: Upon receiving notice of updated Terms, Users who do not accept the changes may discontinue use of goldenreels.games and, if desired, request account closure in accordance with the Termination provisions below.
  3. Continued Use: Continued use of goldenreels.games after notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

Termination & Suspension

  1. Grounds for Termination:
    • goldenreels.games reserves the right to suspend or close a User account at any time where there is suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, disputed payments, regulatory demand, or at the User's request.
  2. Procedure:
    • The Operator will provide written notice by email (where available) of suspension or closure and state the reason(s) for such action.
    • Users may request withdrawal of unutilized legitimately acquired balances subject to successful completion of all verification procedures, and satisfaction of all relevant legal and promotional requirements.
  3. Refunds & Confiscation:
    • Illegitimate funds or uncompleted bonus requirements may be confiscated in accordance with AML and responsible gambling policies.
    • Refunds or partial refunds, where required under Australian law, will be processed as quickly as possible following User identification and completion of all necessary checks.
  4. Appeal Mechanism:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao as the Operator's place of registration, unless otherwise superseded by mandatory provisions of Australian law applicable to Users residing in Australia.
  2. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any dispute or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of goldenreels.games shall be addressed as follows:
      1. Initially, through direct communication and mediation with goldenreels.games customer support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event.
      2. If unresolved, escalation to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or, if required under local laws, to relevant Australian authorities or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
      3. If still unresolved, the matter may be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the applicable rules of a recognized arbitration body in Curaçao or as otherwise directed by competent Australian courts or regulatory authorities.
  3. Regional Compliance Note: Nothing in these Terms prevents Users from exercising any mandatory rights under Australian law to refer unresolved disputes to the relevant Australian tribunal or regulator.
